Taman Negara Teluk Bahang

When mentioned about Taman Negara, I only know TN in Pahang, TN Endau Rompin, TN Niah and TN Mulu. I never knew that there is a Taman Negara in Penang Island, where the Teluk Bahang is the entrance for the national park.
Since I kena lelong to work in Penang, so I shall not miss the chance to visit the national park (So called Work and Travel) with my boyfie's relatives.


No entrance fee is being charged, is just that we need to register ourselves at the Registration counter before we enter the park and when we leave the park for some safety purpose I guess. There are 2 ways to explore the national park, which is either by boat or hiking. So, we choose to explore the park by hiking to burn our body fats and leave the park by boat. Btw, you can either pick Pantai Kerachut or Muka Head Lighthouse as your destination.

For your information, Teluk Bahang is a fishing village and I managed to snap a breathtaking picture which I quite satisfied with:

So, before we start our exploration, we were so energetic. But, 30 minutes after this picture was taken, I seriously surrender, I can felt that my body system is breaking down. I should have cholesterol flowing in blood at my age, however, during the hiking process, I realize that is actually my blood flowing in my cholesterol. Stop mumbling, let’s continue with the story.
At the 1st part of the journey, there is a "Little Tarzan Playground", where we can have some mini fun before the hiking.

And I reach the first checkpoint, Jambatan Pasir Pandak.

Then, you need to decide which destination point you are going to at here.
We choosen the Pantai Kerachut trail.

And the hiking process begins. The first 30% of the journey is all about climbing not hiking because we were climbing the stairs instead of hiking the jungle trail. I can tolerate with the jungle trail but I seriously hate stairsssss!!!! Those stupid stairs make me cant take my Fujika out to snap, snap and snap.

Thanks to the stairs which almost make me black out.

I felt nausea but luckily my body did a great job in homeostasis process, finally my body and I can adapt to the environment. And I can took out my camera again to take some pictures of the mother of nature.
I was keen on snapping those lens flare pictures during the journey. 



This narrow alley is known as Dug Out Hill, according to the notice board, the orang hutan(not orang utan) who stay here like N years go, use cow/buffalo to drag kayu balak upto or down from the hill, and created this small lane. 

After around 1.5 hours of hiking, finally we saw this.

We can heard the sound of waves in the jungle at this step.

Finally, tadaaa...

We reached Jambatan Pantai Kerachut.

Next to the bridge is actually a lake, but it was low tide when I was there, so the lake is actually kering-kontang, what I saw is just a piece of land. If you happen to visit the Park during the high tide, this piece of land will become a lake. And, this is an unique lake which known as meromitic lake. 

This piece of land will fill with water during high tide.

I saw the wave hit the rocks and created a nice scenery, so I quickly took out my Fujika and focus at the rock. After 1 minute of waiting, finally I got this:

There is nothing much on the beach, the sand is not soft enough, the sun is too bright enough, got jellyfish in the sea some more. Oh ya, there is a Turtle Conservation Centre on the beach.

We were exhausted and finally our boat came so we just hop into our boat and leave the beach happily as our body is healthier after the exercise and our thighs are firmer now. Muahaha.

Along the journey back to the entrance point, the captain showed us some rocks that assemble the look of:

Rabbit.

Turtle. Crocodile.

I even saw eagles flying on the sky which made me have the wrong thoughts that I was in Pulau Langkawi. And I saw a bird in orange colour flying across the sky, and that is the plane belongs to Firefly.

Hoooray, we reached the entrance point.

My heart beat super fast and my legs are shaky when I was walking on this wooden bridge,
I cant stop my mind thinking that I will fall from the bridge into the deep sea anytime.

 

Overall, I think the trip is an enjoyable trip. Even though I told my bf’s aunt that I will never step on this piece of land anymore, but, when I was browsing through the pictures, gosh, I seriously hope to get back to the forest as soon as possible. (But, I still hate the stairssss!!!). So for all my Penang friends, or friends that working in Penang, don’t just stay at home and Facebook, or stay in air-cond area, go out and say hello to our mother of nature. You can feel the different!

I think this is an outdated post because hor, I got my new toy 1 month ago. =)

 My old lappy, Acer.
He was accompany me since I was studying in Matriculation.
And he is a strong lappy because he only collapsed twice.
He is so ill now that he cant play any higher dimension videos anymore(it will jam), it cant run Mozilla well anymore(it will jam too), it cant store any extra pictures of mine anymore etc etc.
So, I decided to bid farewell to him.

I never thought of buying Toshiba when I was doing my survey until Chui Theng recommended it.

And yes, I like her.

She is white in colour, look so elegant~
So far, she works well and we are still in understanding each other process,

hopefully we can get along well soon.

I love to fly

Before I proceed to my new blogpost, do allow me to post this again here:

No matter how much we complained Air Asia about the increment of price in fuel surcharge and airport tax, we still crazy for their free seat sale,10cent sale,or any bla bla sale, because He is the airline that make everyone can fly.

Guess what!
 I am so happy now. 

Because I successfully grabbed 3 cheapo tickets from AirAsia.
2 tickets to travel back to my hometown, Johor while
another ticket will fly me and my cousin to Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam.

I miss my home so muchie, 

miss the bed where I can rot as long as I want on,

miss my grandma's cooking,

miss the happiness that my parent drive me to places I want to go,

Unlike now,

even though the place I rent is so comfy, but is still nt my home sweet home ma,

so the biological alarm clock successfully to wake me up at 6am everyday before my HP alarm did,

so I still need to take my lunch and dapao my dinner from outside(MSG is making my hair to fall),

so I am always the driver for myself to go here and there, I cant doze off when I feel god damn sleepy.

 

 When I was young, 

I wish to have my own car key, and bruum here n there as I wish, 

but now, I hope I always sit on passenger seat instead of the driver seat. 

I bet no one in my life know that HCMC, Vietnam is one of the ASEAN countries/places that I wish to go after Thailand(I never feel bored to go Thai), Bali and Cambodia.
The reason I want to go Vietnam is because she has:

Pretty girls in their traditional clothes

 Elly Tran Ha in AoDai, to guys, don't focus on the wrong side ha!

Vietnamese coffee

 I love coffee and I wish to have a cup(perhaps many cups) of this.

 This is a must-pose for visitors that going to the tunnel.
I definitely will do this!

Oh yeah, they are one step closer to me!

So now, I must work harder and take a good care of my healthy so that I can apply less leave/day off,
so that I can reserve the precious leave for my trips back home and to Vietnam as well.

I am not alone though

I had been staying in Penang for around 3 weeks dy…I spent most of days on working(of course~)… However, I still energetic enough to go out n have some fun after working hours and weekend! So, for my friends who care about me and wish to know more bout my current lifestyle, nah…tell u guys secretly here~, just continue reading and u will know more.

First of all, I would like to show you guys my cozy room. I am working in Hospital Kepala Batas but staying in Bagan Lalang because I think KB is such a boring town, nothing nice to play and eat. Hehe. I lead a healthy lifestyle in Penang lo, when I was at home, I slept at 2am and woke up at 12pm(tat makes me a big,fat pig now.) Then starting from the first day of working, I sleep before 12pm,sometime even crawl onto my bed at 10 something and wake up at 630am.

The room is so cozy and luxury(for me), because it is fully furnished with the bed,mattress and wardrobe. So, I feel that I am actually staying at home.
But, well, u know, home is always the best place in the world.

Introduce my best friend in Penang to you, Mr Myvi Bee. Myvi Bee was enjoying his Snow Spa. He is the one who accompany me go through the life in Penang.
For me, he is my Bubble-Bee, so I named him as Myvi Bee.

I went to Penang several times dy~(duh, just 1,2,3 times nia so far,I even drive myself there yesterday,alone somemore, so damn proud of myself la~ =)

Went to Gurney Plaza on 30 August to celebrate my bestie’s birthday. We went to Clinic cafe, the concept of the restaurant is Hospital lo~the whole restaurant is red in colour so it makes the picture red red like we were located in bloody hell. All the pictures are so failed thus I only upload these 3 precious pictures.

Happy birthday to her~(Ooops, I m too late to wish so) So, we took 2 group pictures in front of the restaurant. We even take picture with the doctor neh~teehee~
I enjoyed the gathering much because I able to meet new friend(CheeTao’s colleague in HPP) and all the 2nd college friends.

During the Raya break, I went to watch Final Destination 5 and Smurf on the same day. The FD5 is so geli and horror lo, but luckily the cuteness of smurfs make my mood balanced back. Teehee.

FD5 is nicer than FD4 lo, because the director good in creating suspend especially the death scene in gymnastic court.  

Simply love the smurfs because they are so cute de lo.
Personally think that the actress in the movie looked like the famous blogger, 4feet9.

Last weekend, I went to Penang Island again with my panda’s ah ee family. (You read it correctly is my boyfie de ah ee, everyone get so shocked when they know and kept asking me to get marry) .We went to Straits Quey, Gurney Plaza, Gurney Drive, Nathorm Beach Cafe. Thanks to ah ee and her family for spending their precious time by bringing me go around the island. Appreciate their help and care lots.

Can I own one? $.$ Ah Ee and Ee Zhang.Their elder daughter, WenQi.Their youngest daughter, Shennie.
They and their kids make me feel so warm whenever I am staying with them.

Ah ee and Ee Zhang brought me to the famous ice drink in Sungai Petani.

The drinks are very refreshing especially when you take them during the hot sunny day.

They even brought me to Tao for Japanese Buffet.
We were so lucky that we met the famous Hong Kong actor Xie Tian Hua(谢天华)aka Laughing Gor and Xu Zi Shan (徐子珊) in Tao. They were receiving some magazine interview in Tao. 徐子珊 is so so so pretty,slim and tall~ No wonder she can get the first place in Miss HK Pageant.

For those who miss me badly, nah…show you a picture of mine la~Charlie Brown’s concept restaurant in Straits Quey.  Awww, my legs are so short~
I wish that I drank more milk and jumped more during the puberty.  

U think my happening life ends here?Paiseh lo,u wrong liao lo,I even spent my precious time with:
a) Chui Theng, SimMei and Sze WeiChui and SimMei are my uni friends and SzeWei is my new friend from UKM. Three of them are working in the same hospital, that why we are being linked together. We went for a simple but meaningful gathering in Autocity during mid autumn festival. So, I am not alone on that day. Looking forward to our upcoming gathering,yahoo~Our mooncake. Yeah!

b) Ken Rekias
Ken is my sister’s friend actually, he is such a kind guy that “date” me for dinner before he went back to campus. He even pass me a pendrive with full episodes of City Hunter. Aaawww, that drama do cheer up my weekend. Teehee.He brought me to the famous curry mee in Raja Uda. Nom Nom.

c) Senior from uni, Mr Francios. I din take perhaps forgotten or maybe i m too shy to take picture with him. So, he brought me to the famous bubble milk tea store,Fresh located in Raja Uda.

d) LaiHui and BrianThe sweetest couple in the world besides me and my panda. We took tomyam mee,which is another famous trademark food in Raja Uda. (Raja Uda is a road in B’worth that famous with the bundles of foods which is cheap and delicious.)  I simply miss my university life when I met up with them and I wish that I am orientating the juniors in faculty now…Wuwuwu, can they send one or two juniors to HKB for me to orientate?? T.T

e) Sim Mei, Rita and Adam and PeiYi
Gathering with them at WongKok in Queensbay mall. I realli miss them so muchie now, I enjoyed the time I perli them and they perli me back. My buddy Mei Mei, ice cream gang mate, Tata and also the boss,Adam are three of the top 10 brilliant persons I met in my life so far, my life/day will be more complete if my ahdumb, Eunice was with us. We shall have another meet up when I bec to KL for my convo.
We did took a group picture after the gathering but the pictures are in SimMei’s camera, so I uploaded this to show the brave MeeiYin was driving alone to Penang Island with the existence of “COURAGE”, no GPS, but semangat yang berkobar-kobar to meet them up.
I know taking picture while driving is a dangerous act, so this is my first and only time doing this. Kaka.  

That’s all about how I spent my public holidays and weekend with my friends.
I do cherish every single person that date me out for dinner and lunch.
I do appreciate every single person that care for me when I am exploring my life alone in Penang.
