Aforementioned in my previous post, I went to Universal Studio Singapore(abbreviated as USS) last weekend with my cousins. I would say I enjoyed the trip lots. Love the rides and shows and most important is the time I spent with my cousins. We purchased the tickets online through the official website. Since we were going on weekend so the admission ticket is 72SGD(weekdays:66SGD). Six of us went to USS without any uncle auntie, so we went there by taking bus under the 707 Travel company. We departed from Johor Jaya and the 2 way bus tickets cost us RM15 only. If the conductor/ driver didn’t spent much time at the City Square, we can reach there within 1 hours. The park open at 10am and we arrived at 1040am, wasted 40 minutes which equivalent to 1SGD~
Well, I should stop talking nonsense with the journey to west USS. Enjoy the explosion of this blogpost with pictures taken instead of words~

USS has 7 distinct zones, which are Hollywood, New York, Sci-Fi City, Ancient Egypt, Lost World, Far Far Away, and Madagascar. All the zones have shows for us to watch and rides for us to take(except Hollyword and New York). Normally people will go to Sci-Fi City first once they stepped into the park, but we straight away walk towards the end of the park to the Lost World zone to avoid the long queue.

Jurassic Park Rapids Adventure is the first ride we took, this is a thrilling river raft ride where we will get wet and possibly soaked. I and KarMun so kiasu and we brought raincoat with us and it was ended up that both of us is the the super kering ppl, (muahaha) and instead of get wet, my brother totally like soaked in the water as he wet from top to bottom. Personally think that the ride is more adventurous than the one in Sunway Lagoon and also the Rajang River in Genting~

So, remember to bring raincoat with you before you take the ride.

Then we went for kiddo rides, the Canopy Flyer and Dino-Soarin.

After spending almost 1 hour in the Lost World, we went to watch the Live Water Show which is located next to the zone.
I think this is the best show in the park because the actors interact well with the audience before the show and we are allowed to take pictures with them after the show. Fyi, the show is free seating but divided into 3 zones: the Wet Zone, the Partially Wet Zone and the Dry Zone (I named it on my way, well, I think you got what i mean la~haha). Not much people wanna get wet so the Wet Zone has lotsa seats. We sat on this zone since we willing to get wet and we want to have a better view of the show.

Before the show begin, this devil( =P) and his friends will walk around and splash water to the audience~He is a devil so I add on a pair of horn for him…Kaka…

This is actually a show where we can watch some stunts, awesome explosion and thrills.
Is a 30 minutes show which turned my mouth into O shape.
We took pictures with the actors and actress after the show.
So after the show, we went to Ancient Egypt zone. There are 2 rides available which are: The Revenge of the Mummy and Treasure Hunters. We din take the Treasure Hunters ride with unknown reason.

We were not allowed to bring bags, camera and handphone into the building of the ride so I can’t show you guys the interior design of the building. The murals,statues and treasures as well as the lighting make us feel that we are having treasure hunt in Pyramid. Revenge of the Mummy is an indoor roller coaster that winds through darkness, it will go up and down in accelerating speed and the sudden reverse makes me scream my heart out~The ride was so speedy which makes my contact lenses almost fall off~ Awesome ride!!!
As I said, we can’t bring the personal belongings into the building, so we kept our belongings in the lockers provided by USS which just located next to the ride. The lockers are FOC for 30 minutes, if we put our things more than half an hour, we will be charged. We queue for 40 minutes for the ride which end up paying 3SGD to unlock the locker. We kept our wallets in the lockers which make us need to borrow money from others to unlock the locker, so so malu de lo~

Then we went to Sci-Fi City which has the most thrilling roller coaster in the park. The ride name is Battlestar Galactica: Human or Cylon. That is actually 2 different rides where the Human ride on red track and Cylon on blue track. Both of the rides will depart at the same time, instead of going up the track slowly like other coaster, they will accelerate 3 seconds the rides depart~ Human ride is milder compared to Cylon, so if you feel Human is scary, then Cylon will drive you crazy. Descriptions of the USS guide about the 2 rides:
Human: Zooming at speeds of 82.8km/h, this seated coaster narrowly avoids collisions as it twists, turns and propels you over 14 storeys into the air
Cylon: This suspended coaster goes up, around and upside down with an intense cockscrew and a cobra roll.
I scream like nobody when it was on the cobra roll, i was like singing: I spin my head, wind round wind round~~
Then the coaster super cool, because they do a 360 degree cockscrew turn and go into a tunnel with cold ice, thus make your way foggy, and when you get out from the foggy tunnel, u directly get into another cockscrew turn, cool right? I took the Cylon right after Human which makes me feel dizzy for a while.
