On the third day of my graduation trip, we went to Pattaya. After checking out from Myhotel, we walk to Phayathai BTS station by taking a short cut.which is actually a railway road that pass through some rumah setinggan(idk what is this in English)~
We took the BTS from Phayathai station to Ekkamai station which costs us 45THB. From Ekkamai bus terminal, we bought a bus ticket to Pattaya. There were 2 types of ticket, one is 90THB trip that take 3 hours to reach Pattaya and 130THB trip which is a 2 hours journey. So, we bought the latter. From Pattaya bus terminal, we took the tuk tuk truck to our hotel at 2nd Pattaya Beach Road which cost 30THB/person.
Pattaya beach here I come!!On the tuk tuk truck
Finally we reach our hotel, Siam Guest House. Siam Guest House is a budget hotel which offer a standard room at 600THB/night. Btw, it is in an excellent location in Pattaya, which is just a 2 minutes walk from Pattaya beach and 10 minutes from Central Festival Mall. (Official website is HERE)
Siam Guest House is located on a valley, there is another guest house on d same valley. Lobby of our hotel.
Siam Guest House has 46 rooms with different size. I and MJ are so lucky as our room is the biggest among us.
Nana and Xiaopei’s room
Wanna see how spacious our room was??
Tadaaaa…The comfy and big King Size bed Sorry as we make the room looked so messy The spacious bathroom~
After we took our lunch, it was already 3pm, so we decided to rent a speedboat instead of taking ferry to Coral Island. (2000THB/boat). We spent around 3 hours on the island by swimming, take a banana boat ride(200THB/person) and playing with sands. Hmm…sounds boring huh? And, it did!!
We were on the speedboat! I almost get sea sick…@.@ Pictures above show the beach that we went on Coral Island.
The sand is so white and soft.
Thanks God the weather was windy and sun wasn’t bright!
Then, there was actually not much tourists on the beach. It seems like we went to a private beach, kaka!
Hmm..I personally not very like Coral Island since there was no sea wave. I love to listen the sound of wave hit the beach~
At night, we walked around the city and went to Central Festival mall. We just snap a picture outside Hard Rock Pattaya Cafe. Billboard that we will never see it in Malaysia. Central Festival Mall. Nothing special, just like Mid Valley.
That’s all for now.
Frankly, Pattaya is not the city that I like. The beach is not so nice, the nightlife is all about Go Go Bars, dislike dislike! Most of us was so broke. We din have the money to watch Tiffany Cabaret Show.
So, as a conclusion, Pattaya city is a lame city for me.

I had a lot of fun when I was in Pattaya. Make sure you visit the famous Mini Siam where you get to see miniatures of worldwide landmarks.
