摔伤了

前几天才在检讨2015的博文中，为2015年没有扭伤脚而感到自豪，想不到，刚迈入2016年的第6天，本姑娘就在家中的楼梯狠狠的摔了一次。

这可说是我目前人生中摔得最痛+最严重的一次。

想回去当时的画面，真的可以用"匪夷所思"四个字来形容，到现在我还是不明白为什么早上起来我竟然没有戴眼镜就往楼下走去。*哭*

踩空两级楼梯后，猪头就往扶梯撞了两下*再哭*，脚扭伤了*哭哭哭*，电话荧幕爆了*痛哭*。最吓到的是，我还晕了x2~马上叫妹妹带我到医院检查。

照了X光，还好骨没断，就这样拿了两天MC。

拼命Mitty还带着脚伤，一拐一拐的到马六甲shopping，这几天还如常上班。*神佩服自己*

我有到铁打师那里把些许移位的脚骨矫正回去；不过因为完全torture我这可怜的双脚，结果脚肿了！这几天晚上都躺在床上bed rest我可怜的双脚。

Haihz，从此以后我都不会再为没有扭伤脚而自豪了。

今天是扭伤脚的第八天，受伤的左脚被纱布裹着。

脚趾头可以看到有淤血，走路还是像个企鹅一样，左拐右拐。

等脚伤好了，就会继续和大家分享我的土耳其之旅了。

滑翔在费特耶的上空Paragliding at Fethiye

来到费特耶一定要做的3件事：
1）滑翔在费特耶的死海（Oludeniz的华文名是死海）上空
2）和美丽的地中海共舞
3）参加越野吉普车行程

既然马来西亚有那么多的美丽岛屿，我只报名参加滑翔伞和吉普车行程。今天呢，将会和大家分享一些关于滑翔伞的资料和照片。
So, Go!Mitty tried the first and third activity. Today I will share the information and pictures of Paragliding in this blog post. To make it easy to understand and take note with, I will write it as 3 must know facts about Paragliding in Fethiye.
So, here we goes.

滑翔必知1：价钱

Fact #1: The Price

货比三家是Go!Mitty的穷游豪玩原则，所以出发之前我发了几封email给我们在费特耶的宿舍（按此到宿舍链接）和这里的三大滑翔公司（Hector，Reaction和Gravity）。
If you are a budget traveler or stingy traveler like me, then you need to always check with the price of paragliding from the hostel and companies upon departure to get the best deal.
I am stingy in spending my money, but I am not in sharing the information.

以下是我所得到的报价：
Here are the quotations I got:

Quotation from Hostel
Hector: 200TL
Reaction & Gravity: 190TL

Quotation from each companies
Reaction: 90 Euro + 80TL(pictures OR videos), 120TL (both pictures and videos)
Gravity: 230TL + 130TL(DVD with pictures and videos)
Hector: 180TL + 130TL(DVD with pictures and videos)

我所得到的报价都是包括上山的入门票和酒店接送服务。到最后，我们选择了Hector家的配套，180里拉，但是照片和video价钱却比之前的报价高了些许（150里拉）。
All the quotations I got includes entrance fee to the mountain and transport from hotel.
We actually book the Hector paragliding through hostel, and we paid 180TL for the paragliding and 150TL for the DVD with pictures and videos.

温馨提醒：一定要和酒店或公司确定上山
Tips: Always double confirm whether the entrance fee to the mountain and pictures/videos are included in your package to avoid misunderstanding.

滑翔必知2：时间

Fact #2: The Time

基本上，这里的滑翔公司都有5个飞行时间(早上9点，11点半和下午的1点半，3点半和5点半）。根据我所得到的资料，早上11点和下午1点半的气流佳所以可以飞最久）。
They fly 5 times per day (9am, 11am, 1:30pm, 15:30pm and 17:30pm). Based on the information I got online, the best time to fly is 11am and 1:30pm one, because the air thermal activity is stable thus can fly longer.
以下是Reaction公司所给予我的资料（PS：原来有maximum weight的）：
Anyway, this is the extra information given by the Reaction Paragliding company:
"Just note please that people who are more than 100 kilo can fly only at 11:00, 13:30, 15:30 because we need little more wind at take off for them, max weight is 115 Kg. The whole thing including going up the mountain, getting ready at the top and the flight will take about 1 hour and 30 minutes. The flight itself lasts approximately 25-45 minutes."

滑翔必知3：滑翔在空中

Fact #3: Flying in the sky

我们预定了早上11点的配套，所以Hector在早上8点半就来hostel载送我们了。我们被带到Hector公司后，他们会播放如何起飞和降落的影像给我们看；之后我们便乘坐小巴上Babadag山，我们也在车上抽签决定我们的飞行师。一抵达飞行点，飞行师就立刻为飞行做好准备（开伞，帮我们戴安全帽~）。我们的任务很简单，只要听从他们的只是就可以了。So，我的飞行师一喊：“123，跑！”，我就小跑2步（真的只有2步哦！）就已经飞上天空了~~
We booked the 11am ride and the transport picked us up from hotel at 830am. We were brought to the Hector office and videos on how to take off and landing were shown. Then, we took the transport to Babadag Mountain. We will draw lots to pick our pilot along the way to flying point. Upon arrival, the pilot will set up the set in lightning speed. Then we just need to listen to the pilot command, "Run when I said Run". So, when my pilot shout RUN, I ran for 2 steps(trust me, only 2 steps~) and tadaa I am flying on the sky like a bird.

飞行的时候，除了用眼睛欣赏眼前的美景，也可以和你的飞行师聊天。另外我的飞行师也让我尝试了花式滑翔（可以到我的FB专页看video）。

住宿心得:Review of Elif Star Cave Hotel, Goreme

今天呢，Go!Mitty将会与大家分享土耳其之旅的最后一篇住宿心得，之后呢就会写关于各个景点的博文，让你们更深入的了解土耳其。

So, today Go!Mitty going to share the last hostel review post for my stay in Turkey. (Will blog more on those tourist spots in my upcoming postssssss~).

就像我之前在行程计划博文中提到的，来到Goreme，你们一定要在洞屋住上一晚哟！这里有好多的洞屋，有豪华的也有供背包客入住的房间。我此次选择了距离主要商店街5分钟脚程，家庭经营的Elif Star Cave Hotel。
Like mentioned in my previous post, staying in a real cave hotel is a must in Goreme. There are alots of cave hotels in Goreme, that match any need or preference-from upscale luxury one to those contemporary budget cave hotels. Since we were on a budget trip, I decided to give Elif Star Cave Hotel a try, which is about 5 minutes walking distance from the main shopping street.

我通过Expedia预定了可以入住4人的家庭房，房价是两个晚上86.94欧元（含早餐）。和之前的Ozbay Hotel一样，我预定房间后，就收到来自Kadir的欢迎email。Kadir本身除了是hotel的经营者，也是一个执照导游。除了住宿，我们也通过酒店预定了热气球+绿线团+机场载送（159欧元），土耳其之夜（忘了价钱，好像是110里拉）和土耳其浴（75里拉）。
I booked a Family Room for 4 adults through Expedia, at €86.94 for the 2 nights stay. The price we paid is inclusive of breakfast buffet. After making the booking, I received a warm welcoming email from the manager of Elif Star Cave Hotel, Mr Kadir, who is also a licensed tour guide. Thanks to Kadir, we had a great stay in Cappadocia, we booked the Hot Air Balloon sunrise flight+Green Tour+Airport Transfer package( €159/pax), Turkish Night Show(I think I paid 110TL/person) and Hammam(75TL) through him.

酒店外观

Exterior of Elif Star Cave Hotel

Elif Star Cave Hotel前身是个修道院，虽然现在是家酒店，但是他们都尽量保存了修道院原有的风貌。他家一共有8间房（有双人房，三人房和家庭房)，我特别要求了前身是食物储藏室的1号房。

对了，他们每一天都会有housekeeping的哦，而且laundry服务是一袋衣服30里拉。

Elif Star Cave Hotel is a family run business and it only have 8 cave rooms. Did I mentioned that this hotel was once an Orthodox monastry until 1924? I requested for Cave Room 1(which was once the food store), with private balcony. 

Extra information: They will do housekeeping on daily basis, and they charge 30TL for laundry service.

Gentle reminder

Humidity and insufficiency of sunlight are normal if you are staying in cave room.

I really had a pleasant stay in Elif Star Cave Hotel, comfortable room, helpful staffs, and most important is Kadir really make a good arrangement for all the tours we got from him. So, once you decided to stay in Elif Star Cave Hotel, just let him arrange the tours for you. What you need to do is ENJOY!

展望2016

关于2016年，老实说，我并没有什么特别的要求。

家人朋友和所有我爱的人，健健康康的，就够了。

我呢？我也好想开心健康地活着。
我想要平平淡淡的过一年。

关于爱情，曾经我有很多的憧憬，希望对方是个怎样怎样的人，希望婚礼是怎样的隆重，但是今年我彻底觉得我现在想要的已经不是当初那个小女生所梦想的了。
我现在的理想情人，是那个懂我的口是心非的男人，不需要说出来他都知道的男人。
我好想牵着懂我的那个人，一起找个地方休息。

是人老了吗？我真的有种很累的感觉。

过去几年走了那么多的地方，加上今年飞到了我must go place的榜首土耳其，关于旅游的目的地，我真的没有目标了。
硬要选择的话，一个人背包旅行，北极光和极限运动是我想要完成的事情。

心里那颗想一个人出游的心还在，不同的是，之前想出发去看世界；现在的我更想一个人出发为自己的心灵充电，重新认识我自己。感觉上，今年走到了人生的瓶颈，一直走不出一些社会，家人设给自己的框框，好想要在年轻时任性一回。谁来给我那个冲动？

好啦，不要这么emo，关于明年目前Go!Mitty只有一个目的地，那就是日本（将会到京都，大阪，白川乡和宫岛）！可以告诉我，你们希望看到我用英文还是中文写博文？还是你们要双语？

检讨2015 wishlist

去年年尾，写了一篇简单的2014终结也列出了2015的wishlist。
今天该来检讨一下我的wishlist到底做到了多少，感觉上，我还要加把劲才可以。

2015的wishlist

1）父母健健康康的，而我的脚tolong你乖乖，不要在扭伤了！弟妹可以在学业和事业上步步高升。

很开心，父母弟妹都是健健康康的，事业和学业都不错。只是爸爸的店面被打枪了，人没事就好，但是这件事情带给他蛮大的影响和心理压力。

我的脚很乖哦，今年没有扭伤，明年也是一样要怪怪的neh~

2）可以平安的去旅行，也平安的回来。

今年很少出国（1月和9月的泰国行，10月的土耳其之旅）都是平安的出发，安全的回来。

3）在工作上，可以有更多接触新事物的机会，tolong给我跟到一个好的专科医生。

原本打算离开这个铁饭碗的事业，但是父母的不支持让我留了下来。既然选择留下来，我决定与其改变我的环境和其他人，倒不如改变自己的心境。感谢土耳其之旅，让我看开了一些事情，之前和我针锋相对的医生，虽然还是不喜欢他，至少我了解到我已经做了我的本分这个道理。

4）朋友继续是一辈子的朋友，莫名的骚扰可以终止。

终于终止了。人老了，朋友不用多，有知心的几个就足矣。

5）爱情？Hmmm，我相信我爱的人和爱我的那个人会给我一辈子的感动。

如果那个人可以知道我的口是心非，我很心动；我在某场合随意说的话，他却清楚记得，我很感动。我一直以来在爱情里，都是个任性的女生，如果他愿意在宠我的同时又点出我的缺点，我会很珍惜他。

6）我要到土耳其的Cappadocia乘搭热气球。

我从热气球看到的景色，历历在目。土耳其，真的是我最爱的国家。感谢我今生去了这个美丽的国度，也让我最珍惜的朋友看见了土耳其的美。

7）我要一个人去国外旅行，并尝试couch surfing。

今年没做到，明年再接再厉。我有一个目的地了，我需要一个出发的时机。

8）我的脾气很差，基本上就是有公主病，希望我今年可以对家人朋友和病人少点傲气，多点耐性。

坏脾气，傲气还在，该继续锻炼自己。

9）既然自己明年不可能嫁得出，那么我要买一个钻戒给自己，爱自己也是很重要。

有了个钻戒，基本上明年我也不知道想拥有什么奢侈品。

10）完成3幅DIY painting

抱歉，我果然没耐性。haihz~

好啦，检讨完毕了，31号当天会写下我对2016的展望。
