Hotel Impian Morib

So, Go!Mitty is lazy again.
Well, no la, Go!Mitty just came back from a short trip to Mersing, was busy with some personal works and preparation for my upcoming trips.

Is weekend for a Johorean, so why not I upload a blogpost on my previous stay at Hotel Impian Morib. Thanks to my BFF for treating me to stay at this wonderful hotel.

Hotel Impian Morib is about 15 minutes drive from the Banting Town. Despite the hotel located at Pantai Morib, however, it did not have its own beach. So don’t aspect much on this, but if you still can indulge yourself at their big swimming pool.

I stayed at Deluxe Room with garden view. The room consists of a living area, 1 double bed and 1 single bed which can accommodate 3 adults. In room facilities is basic(with 2 sachets of nescafe and 2 bottles of mineral water), hair dryer on request. The bathroom is big, and is dry-wet separated.

So, that's all for my review today.

Not forgetting to congrats my BFF on her marriage.

PS: All the hotel reviews in my blog are not sponsored, I just write out to share my experience. So, if you appreciate my review/s, please click on the adverts available on the top, so that I can have more income to travel and share all these wonderful experience with you. Tq.

Taiwan: GaoMei Wetland, Miyahara Ophthalmology Department

After months of blog-free break. Now, I am sitting in front of the computer and type out this outdated blog post on My First Day in Taiwan.
I didn’t bring camera along during the trip, so all the pictures were taken using my Samsung Note 2, which also means that I didn’t have much nice pictures to share. But, I try to put the nicest one in the blog posts, ok?
My flight reached Tao Yuan International Airport 20 minutes earlier from the scheduled time. Our taxi driver was already waiting for us at the arrival hall.
My plan was to head to Tai Chung right after arrival, but our taxi driver recommended us to watch sunset at Gao Mei Wetland(高美湿地).Anyway, he told us that, we need a little bit of luck to be able to watch the sunset. Guess what, we are the unlucky one as the sky was overcast, we unable to witness the beautiful sunset.

Picture from Google Image
See, how pretty the sunset is.

See, ours sunset=nothing. Gloomy~

A lots of family were spending their family time together here. Those adults and kids were searching for small crabs. I will say, this place is worth a visit only if we able to see the beautiful sunset. So, why not try your luck at Gao Mei Wetland during your Taiwan trip?

We left Gao Mei Wetland with disappointment and headed to Miyahara Ophthalmology Department aka Gong Yuan Yan Ke (宫原眼科for eyes check up. Ngiaks ngiaks, I am joking, we went there to try the infamous ice cream, but trust me, the shop is really named as Miyahara Ophthalmology Department. Located near the Taichung Train Station, this building used to be an eye clinic that was constructed by a Japanese optometrist called Miyahara in 1927. After World War 2 ended, the Taichung government department of health occupied the building for some time before abandoning it. It was only in 2011 that a food company took over and renovated the building.
Now, this historical building becomes the location of Dawncake which is a famous store in Taichung, different kinds of pastries(ranged from pineapple tarts to chocolate and ice cream) can be found here.

It was once a Department of Health.
The interior design of the shop.
Very Harry Potter noh~

Love the packaging of their products.
Their ice cream, not cheap but worth a try.
Checked out their flavours. and toppings.

We then headed to the homestay we booked in FengJia Night Market. After we dropped our luggage, we had our dinner there. All my friends that visited Fengjia Night Market claimed that, it is the best night market in Taiwan. Hmm, perhaps I was too tired to shop after a whole day journey, so I not really so into the market. However, this is a happening area.

Do try out this Yam Dessert in Feng Jia Night Market:

So, I ends my first blog post on Taiwan trip here.

3D3N Shopping Haul @ Bangkok

Hi all, so if you saw my FB page, you will know that I just came back from shopping at Bangkok few days ago. Bangkok is a shopping heaven for girls!! Is such a nice place to shop for Chinese New Year clothes.

GoMitty didn’t explore much places like previous Bangkok trips, anyway, I still blogging on this for… hmmm, what purpose neh? hmmm… ok… I blog for fun. Muahaha! GoMitty lazy to split the trip into several posts so I just SIMPLY put up some of the random pictures  taken and write a short review of the hotel stay in this blogpost. Senang enough~

Expenses
I booked the flight ticket 1 month before departure at RM258 per person through Air Asia(damn cheap for a last minutes ticket~), paid RM228 per person for 3 nights room at Metz Pratunam Hotel, brought RM1,000(which is 8900THB, stupid Msia currency, low like shit!). So, GoMitty spent about RM1.5K for this last minute shopping trip.

Hotel
We stayed at Metz Pratunam Hotel, booked the Absolute Window Twin Bed with Breakfast. This is the 4th hotel(Previously stayed at MyHotel Pratunam, Best Bangkok House and Lemontea Hotel) that I stayed in Bangkok, as usual, on Soi Petchburi 15 again. I think Lemontea is the best hotel I stayed so far, going to try other hotel during my next visit to Bangkok. Metz Pratunam is nice, but hmm, the sound proof is not good as we were awaken by the staffs who doing housekeeping early in the morning.

Their breakfast set. (Choose 1 set from 4 choices).
Limited choice but is yummylicious. Plus, well presented.

Foods
Hmmm, I lazy to google much on foods, so I went to Som Tam Nua for their SomTam and fried chickens, After You Café for Shibuya Honey Toast, coconut ice cream and TomYam in Chatuchak Weekend Market, etc etc.

Shopping
We shopped at Siam square, Siam Night Market, Platinum Fashion Mall, Pratunam Market, Talad Rod Fai Weekend Night Market and Chatuchak Weekend Market. I spent the most in Chatuchak, not really think clothes in Platinum Fashion Mall worth to buy, clothes in Siam Square and Siam Night Market are in good quality and more fashionable. I went to Bangkok with luggage fill with 1 set of clothes, 1 set of pajamas and a spare backpack, and came home with fully loaded bags.
20150206_001013Day 1: From Siam

Everly Hotel, Putrajaya

Everly Hotel is a 4 star hotel that located next to Alamanda Shopping Centre and near to the KKM building, that’s the reason I chosen to stay there for 1 night before attending my course at KKM building in September.

I booked the Superior room through official website at RM220 per night(inclusive of tax and breakfast). Anyway, I think I got a free upgrade to Executive Room upon check in, as the room looks different from what I saw in their website and Trip Advisor.
Lets have a look at this wonderful hotel which I think is suitable for those on business trip, especially safe for those ladies that travelling alone.
20140929_152549_副本I feel safe even I was staying alone.
Guests need to scan their room’s card before pressing the lift button.

I was staying in Room 601, and I was so excited when I opened the door.
